Shipping policy

Please note: All sales are final. NO cancellations can be made after placing an order. 

Standard shipping: please allow 3-5 business days for processing time once your order is placed. We ship all orders via USPS or UPS. Once your package has been dropped off or picked up by USPS/UPS, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for updated tracking. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to poor transit.

If a package is undeliverable due to an error in a shipping address on the customers behalf, and is returned to BB Laine, we will correct the address and ship the package back out at the customers expense.
